Metro Louisville 2022 AWAY Shirt
This week’s featured kit is one of our most loved mystery football shirts, the Metro Louisville 2022 away shirt! Manufactured by Philadelphia based brand Icarus FC, the shirt presents a stunning black and red colourway, paired with an astonishing day of the dead style design. One of the main highlights of the jersey is the brilliant calavera skulls that are showcased throughout the shirt's pattern. Front sponsorship comes from Bandido, a Mexican restaurant chain local to the club.
Metro Lousivlle competed in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) during the 2022 season, finishing 4th in the league with 18 pts which saw them advance into the play-off rounds. The side went on to lose 4-3 in a penalty shootout against Pre College DA in the quarter final stages of the play-offs. In 2024 the side competed in the Ohio Valley Premier League (OVPL), finishing in 9th place with only 6 points.-
