Forward Maddison 2020 Third Shirt
On this edition of Shirt Of The Week we are taking a look at one of the craziest tops of the 2020s so far! The Forward Maddison 2020 shirt, also known as the “drip” kit, showcases a crazy mix of pink and blue colours on a swirling street art style design. This shirt gets its nickname from the artistic method of hydro dipping (also known as water transfer printing), which can give off a visual effect much like the one present on the tops pattern. The jersey is made by Danish manufacturer Hummel, although it was designed in-house at the club. Dairyland, an American insurance company, is the main sponsor of the shirt.
Forward Maddison FC are an American football club based in Wisconsin. They were founded in 2018 and compete in the USL League One, the third tier of the US soccer system. The Flamingo’s play their home matches at Breese Stevens Field which has a capacity of 5,000 spectators. The club have made a strong start to the 2024 season and will be hoping to improve on their 2023/24 league result of 6th place.
