Club Leon 2022/23 Third
Shirt of the week features an absolute banger this time around, here is the 2022/23 Leon third strip. This jersey was created by one of our favourite manufacturers, Charley Sportswear from Mexico. The kit features a Lion mosaic on the front which might be missed at first glance as it’s hidden amongst many sponsors (a trademark amongst Liga MX kits). The bright green base is contrasted by the black trim of the shirt to create a vibrant, intricate master piece of a football shirt.
The 2022/23 season saw Leon finish 6th in the league. The team play their home matches at the Estadio Leon which has a capacity of over 27,000. Club Leon are one of the most successful Mexican football teams of all time, lifting the Liga MX/Primera Division title a total of eight times.
